  • All payments on the Website are processed via Stripe and PayPal. By completing a transaction, you agree to Stripe’s and PayPal’s terms and conditions accordingly.
  • You are required to provide accurate billing information for invoice issuance.
  • All prices and transactions are subject to applicable taxes and fees as per Greek law.

11 . Human Safety

Haptikos exoskeletons are designed and manufactured for their intended purpose under normal operating conditions. The product has been developed with user safety in mind and does not pose a risk to the clinical condition, health, or safety of the user or any third parties when used correctly.

However, to ensure safety and proper operation:

  • The equipment is intended to be used only by healthy adult individuals.
  • It should not be used by individuals with medical conditions that may be affected by wearable devices, motorized components, or repetitive hand motion.

Shipment & Warranty

This page outlines the shipment conditions and warranty coverage for Haptikos hardware systems. By purchasing or receiving a Haptikos product, you agree to the terms below.

1. Delivery & Shipment Terms

Haptikos exoskeletos are delivered under DAP (Delivered at Place) according to Incoterms® 2020 to the destination address specified by the buyer at the time of order confirmation.

Supplier Responsibilities

Haptikos exoskeletos are delivered under DAP (Delivered at Place) according to Incoterms® 2020 to the destination address specified by the buyer at the time of order confirmation.

  • Product packaging and protective handling
  • Preparation of all required shipment documentation
  • Export approvals and regulatory compliance
  • Loading and domestic freight charges
  • International freight coordination
  • Delivery at the agreed destination address (DAP)

Buyer Responsibilities

The Buyer is responsible for:

  • Customs clearance upon arrival in the destination country
  • Payment of any applicable import duties, local taxes, or VAT
  • Ensuring accurate and accessible delivery location to avoid delays or issues
Please consult with your local customs office to confirm applicable charges before finalizing your order.

2. Warranty Coverage

Each Haptikos exoskeleton is covered by a 1-year limited warranty (365 calendar days) from the date of delivery at the Buyer’s premises.

This Warranty Covers:

  • Hardware or mechanical defects under normal use
  • Failures not caused by misuse, unauthorized alterations, or negligence
  • Collection and repair/replacement of failed equipment
  • Delivery of a fully operational replacement unit (if needed)

This Warranty Does Not Covers:

  • Improper use outside the guidelines provided in the official User Manual
  • Physical damage due to mishandling, accidents, or abuse
  • Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repairs
  • Use of the system by individuals not meeting the recommended user group (i.e., only healthy adults)

2. Warranty Claim Process

In the event of a fault or issue within the warranty period:

1 . Contact the Haptikos support team through the Contact Page, including:

  • Order and Product serial number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or logs (if applicable)
2 . If the issue qualifies for warranty coverage:
  • Haptikos will arrange collection of the failed product.
  • We will repair or replace the unit and return a fully functional system at no cost to the buyer.
3 . If the issue falls outside the warranty scope:
  • A repair fee and shipping charges may apply.
  • You will be informed of the costs before any action is taken.

Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: June 10, 2025

Thank you for choosing Haptikos. This policy outlines how refunds and returns are handled for all customers – whether purchasing as an individual or a business -through haptikos.tech.​​

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return within 15 calendar days of receiving your product, regardless of whether you are purchasing as an individual (B2C) or on behalf of a business (B2B).​
To be eligible for a return:​
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.​
  • All returns must be authorized in advance through the Contact tab.
Non-returnable items include:​
  • Software licenses or that have been activated.​ ​
  • Customized or modified products ordered.​ ​
  • Products returned without prior authorization.​ ​
Note for EU customers: This policy includes and extends the minimum 14-day right of withdrawal granted under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.​

2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

  • Go to www.haptikos.tech and open the Contact tab.​
  • Submit a return request including:​
  • Order number​
  • Serial number (if applicable)​
  • Reason for return​
  • If eligible, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.​
Do not send back any items without receiving an RMA first.​

3. REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected:​
  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.​​
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days via your original payment method.​
  • Refunds will include the product price and:
  • For individual customers, standard shipping charges (per EU law).​
  • For business customers, shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a QUANTA & QUALIA PPC error.​

4. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund:
  • Check your bank or credit card account again.​
  • Contact your bank or credit card provider – processing delays may occur.​​
  • If you’ve completed the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us via the Contact tab on our website.​

5. SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

  • Check your bank or credit card account again.​
  • Use a trackable and insured shipping method. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items otherwise.​
  • The return shipping address will be provided in your RMA instructions.​
